We learned a lot about the social and emotional needs of gifted children. We started out by discussing what gifted children think giftedness is. Having students come up with a definition of Giftedness is an interesting thing.
We also discussed overexcitibilites and tendicies. This is a topic that seems to be getting more traction in the classroom. Below is a YouTube video that Heather shared.
